Your Wedding Plan

At Eskmills, you will have your own personal wedding co-ordinator who will be your contact right through to your Wedding Day.  All of our co-ordinators have extensive experience in the arrangement and management of weddings and they will take care of everything from the initial plans right through to the big day itself.

Whatever budget, ideas and themes you may have, whether you choose to have a small celebration or a large formal gathering our wedding co-ordinator will do everything possible to accommodate them.

Within the next 1 week of your enquiry

We will contact you to arrange a preliminary meeting. At this meeting we will be looking to discuss:

Timings
Your thoughts and ideas
Numbers
Locations
What we can help you with
Accommodation needs

1 year out from your wedding day we will get together and discuss:

Format of your day
Menu options
Drinks options
Décor
Any external suppliers you will be using

6 months before your wedding we will be looking to:

Confirm menus
Confirm drinks
Confirm any outstanding details for timings and content

3 Months before your wedding we will have a final meeting to discuss:

Rehearsal times
Room layout
Dietary requirements
When you suppliers will need access to the venue

2 weeks before your wedding we will require:

Final numbers for your day and evening guests
Final table plan
Any dietary requirements or children marked clearly on your table plan
Any changes to any information already received

If your Wedding is less than 1 year away - don't panic, we simply compress these arrangements.
